Drew Snyder is the Founder and CEO of Snowdrift Advisors, a specialized consultancy dedicated to navigating the complexities of Medicaid and healthcare policy. Snyder brings a rare combination of high-level policy expertise and operational experience, specifically within the federal and state Medicaid landscapes.

Before establishing Snowdrift Advisors, Drew was the national Medicaid director in the Trump Administration for CMS's Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services, which oversees health coverage for nearly 80 million Americans. In this role, he was responsible for one of the state’s largest and most significant programs, leading major reforms that strengthened fiscal integrity and expanded access to quality care. He also served for nearly 7 years as Mississippi's Medicaid director.
